Coach Mike Rogers' Trinity Titans had a historic season in 2021, finishing with a school-record 21 wins and advancing to the SCISAA 3A upper state finals. One thing is for sure; they'll be looking to one-up last year's squad in 2022.
While no small task, outpacing their 2021 performance is not unrealistic. The Titans are led by Junior righty Tanner Hall and his battery mate, Florence Darlington Tech commit Garrett Keen. Also providing a boost on the field and leadership in the dugout for the Titans will be Senior first basemen Dalton Moody. Underclassmen on the rise for Titans are Junior Mac Faile and Sophomore Nicholas Romanoli.
In addition to the hard-throwing Hall, the Trinity has a long list of arms to move from around the field, including: Freshman Hunter White; Sophomores Dewsy Meadows, Jay Riddle, Gates Chapman, Pierce Evans and Romanoli; Juniors Branton Goodwin and Joseph Perkins; and Seniors Cam Jordan and Bennett Meadows.
Rounding out the Titan roster are their anchor in the outfield, Kam Rheuark, catcher Tannor Buck, outfielder Andrew Dameron and first baseman Tucker Galloway.
Joining Coach Rogers in the dugout for the SBC will be Coach Derick Urquhart, Keshaun Samuel, Booie Olson and Brody Justice.
SBC Schedule for the Titans:- Tuesday, April 19 vs. Buford at 5pm
- Wednesday, April 20 vs. Sumter at 5pm
- Thursday, April 21 vs. Andrew Jackson at 9:30am
