Reynolds has Georgia Premier Primed for SBC Competition

Coach Gene Reynolds and the Georgia Premier Sox will be making their inaugural SBC appearance in 2019.  Having played in prestigious tournaments all over the country, his players won't be intimidated by the deep fence and peculiar infield at The Jimmy. At the time of this post, the Sox had a record of 14-2 on the 2019 season.

Reynolds has an ace in the hole with high-profile pitcher Daniel Espino, an LSU-commit and likely top draft pick in the 2019 MLB draft.  The Sox aren't just a one trick pony though.  Pitchers Dylan Ross (RHP, Eastern Kentucky) and Andrew Washington (RHP, South Florida) are also D1 commits.  Outfielder Miles Bowen, INF/C Brandon Washington and 2B Dimerson Nunez are all high profile recruits as well.  With 18 seniors on the roster, Reynolds has the Sox poised to make some noise at The Jimmy.

Georgia Premier has four games scheduled during the SBC:

Tuesday, April 16 vs. Robert E. Lee Academy at 1pm
Wednesday, April 17 vs. Queen's Grant at 3:45pm
Thursday, April 18 vs. Northwestern at 4pm
Friday, April 19 vs. Hartsville at 2pm
