Ball Park Block Party coming to Kelleytown on April 18th!

 


Ball Park Block Party to be held in Hartsville on April 18

Free Concert to Kickoff Spring Break Baseball Tournament 

On April 18th, Kelleytown Stadium in Hartsville will be the site of the inaugural Ball Park Block Party.  Held in conjunction with the Southeastern Baseball Classic, the Ball Park Block Party will feature Carolina Beach Music Hall of Famers, “too MUCH SyLviA.”  As well as their original music, the band is known for covering songs from the ‘60s to contemporary music.  This free concert will be fun for everyone.  Kicking off at 7pm and running until 10pm, the event will also feature an array of food trucks.   

Come out to Kelleytown to enjoy a great night of music and fun with the teams competing in the 2022 Southeastern Baseball Classic.  Bring a blanket or chair (or both) and be prepared for a great night of music, food and fellowship.   

More about the Southeastern Baseball Classic: 

The Southeastern Baseball Classic is a high school baseball tournament held in Hartsville, typically during Spring Break.  For 2022, teams from Maryland, Virginia and Georgia, as well as from around South Carolina, will take part in the tournament.  Games will begin on Tuesday, April 19 and run through Friday, April 22.  


Jimmy White Park at Kelleytown Stadium, aka The Jimmy, in Hartsville, SC is the host site for the Southeastern Baseball Classic.  The mission of the Southeastern Baseball Classic to promote the game of baseball, to enhance the lives of athletes through competition and scholarship, and to involve the community by assembling sportsmen in tournament play.  For more information, contact the tournament’s Board of Directors at hartsvillesbc@gmail.com
