On April 18, the Southeastern Baseball Classic will be back in Hartsville! South Carolina's premier Spring Break tournament will also be bigger and better than ever. For the first time there will be ten teams competing for the tournament title and the week's events will be kicked off by the inaugural Ball Park Block Party.
The Ball Park Block Party is headlined by "too MUCH SyLviA" and will take place outside of Kelleytown Stadium from 7-10pm on Monday, April 18. Admission is free and food trucks will be onsite. Bring your blanket or chair and be ready to have fun!

Games will start on Tuesday, April 19, at 9:30 am. There will be five games played throughout the day. Prior to the nightcap between Hartsville and Andrew Jackson High School, the tournament's opening ceremony will be held. All ten teams will be at the park to celebrate the tournament The Mark V. Raines Memorial Scholarship recipient will be announced during the opening ceremony. USC-Sumter Head Coach Tim Medlin will be the guest speaker at the opening ceremony.
Just like on Tuesday, there will be five games on Wednesday, April 20, Thursday, April 21 and Friday, April 22 starting at 9:30am. Friday will be Championship Day. Tuesday-Thursday's game outcomes will determine Friday's matchups.
The teams competing in the 2022 SBC are: DeMatha Catholic School, Trinity Collegiate School, Buford High School, Andrew Jackson High School, Paul VI Catholic School, Georgia Premier Academy National, Georgia Premier Academy American, Sumter High School, South Florence High School and your host, Hartsville High School.
Daily admission for games will be $10 for adults, $5 for students ages 6-18 and free for those 5 and under.

The Southeastern Baseball Classic is a high school baseball tournament held in Hartsville, typically during Spring Break.
